Common questions

How do payments and escrow work?

When you book, your payment is held securely in escrow by our payments partner Stripe. Funds are released to the provider once the work is confirmed or signed off, so both sides are protected.

How do I get a verified badge?

Open Profile → Verification and complete the identity check. Verification is handled by our partner Didit; once approved, a verified badge appears on your profile.

How do I set up payouts?

Go to Profile → Payout account to connect your bank via Stripe. You'll need to complete a short onboarding before funds can be released to you.

How do I report or block someone?

Every profile and listing has a menu with Report and Block options. Reports are reviewed by our team, and blocking immediately stops contact.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile and anonymises your personal data. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll help.
